  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all MOONSTAR tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
